Ug. All I can say is that I wanted Niki to fall in love with Tarc dangit. And it's a LONG book until u finally meet who he does fall for but it doesn't go into deep romance there either.oh well This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. For all he had to be put through, there was no real vengeance... I was a little sadened by it. The end was pretty unsatisfactory too he get to stay with a master who treat him well ok, but whom he does't love at all. There was some attraction to work between... I really enjoyed the story, there were some really sweet scenes and it held my interest throughout. However, things really didn't go the way I selfishly wanted them to to go! I thought Taric was a great character and I loved the first part of the book and his time with Nicholi, I then spent the rest of the book waiting for him to make...
