Overall, this Spider-man team up series has been a disappointment but at least the content and tone improves in this last volume. However, I only read the first three volumes of the series to read this last one because I was interested in reading more Superior Spider-man adventures. Sadly, my efforts were somewhat wasted since it is... Despite the title, this is really Avenging Spider-Man Volume 4. This time we have team ups with X-Men, Future Foundation, Thor and Sleepwalker, which feel a bit better than Avenging Vol 3, but probably its because we have Ock as the Spider-Man of this Volume. Otto is so cold and calculating as Spidey and so much more vicious.The redeeming... See here we go with this Doc Ock/Spidey stuff again. Alright I'm not a big fan of this arc but I haven't read this trade yet and I'm willing to give it a try but almost right off the bat things get dopey! The first story is actually really good and I was in and giving it my best shot. Then comes the part where the Fantastic Four shows...
