A clear and comprehensive guide to outsourcing. I've had a Virtual Assistant (VA) in the past, and I wish that I'd read this book in advance, as it would have helped me avoid some simple mistakes (particularly the mistake of using a company who have VAs on their payroll, as the VA is never working for you, they're working for the company.)...
