Don Webb is a magus of the Left Hand Path, an official in the Temple of Set. I have read some of his earlier works and was quite impressed with his erudition. The meat of this current work is the examination of Crowleys great revelation "THE Book of Law" . Now many Thelemites have told me that Crowley would not discuss the book of law... Clearly written and immensely useful. I would second the opinion that the book could have been otherwise structured, instead of starting with the commentaries to the Book of the Law, but that is a minor complaint. Webb has an unique vantage point to the practice of magic; his style of writing is concise and sometimes very funny, with... There's no way I can give this book less than 5 stars.
