Roughly half way through this book I was ready to toss it aside and suggest to Jordan that we not continue reading this series. Josiah, the 11 year-old main character, and his friends were doing things that were directly opposed to what his father had told him to do and also against what Josiah was feeling within himself and his conscience.... Josiah Hutchinson was unhappy with being stuck inside on the winter day. Weekdays he went to school and was stuck inside there! His sister, Hope, reminded him of all the things he could do on the way to school. Their father stopped their disagreement & told Josiah that bot Rebecca & Francis Nurse were ill and he wanted Joshua to take... I got this from my mom when I was in around 9-12. As I'm a Christian, I enjoy reading Christian Fiction now and then. Another great C Fiction for teens.
