It was too short to be really intriguing, but I did like the twist ending. I'd be curious to read more from this author. "A Matter of Survival" by Linda Hull is a must-read for Sci-Fi fans. In a far distant future, Earth has learned to visit other planetary systems. Many such "visits" are primarily for resource mining, but a few are simply to inventory other planets to determine suitability for either future resource extraction or perhaps settlement.... Started out a little wordy but interesting but became too gruesome for me.FYI: This is a single short story from a longer anthology.
