Where I was iffy about the book when I read it back in 2009 and didn't care much for Jason, or Taylor, Karen White changed my overall reaction to them.Suddenly, and incredibly to me, I was entranced by the sparks that flew... As always, with a Julie James book, I am filled with nothing but squees and rainbows upon finishing. It's weird how as a reader and with time how your perspective changehow you look at the stories and characters differently. I remember reading this book years back and did not finish it but now years later, hundreds of books later, hundreds of romances later, hundreds of heroines later I get the appreciation of this book.
